结构视角下的大学学风研究

摘要

The findings of this research indicate that the current academic climate at the case univer-sity is shaped primarily by six themes,namely the operating missions,teaching and learning para-digms,student evaluations of teaching,learning environment,academic integrity,and the changing context.A variety of issues are addressed in the analysis of each theme followed by conclusions and rec-ommendations.%结构视角下的学风研究显示，明日之星大学(化名)的学风现状主要归因于六大主题，即它的办学理念、教学模式、学生评教、学习环境、学术诚信和它对大众化阶段精英教育的诠释方式。每个主题的分析与讨论都剖析了一系列具体问题，并在此基础上提出了相应的对策和建议。
