大学图书馆培养学科馆员是服务师生的需要，也是图书馆自身发展的需要。学科馆员有其特有的职责和知识结构要求，学科馆员制度有其特有的服务模式与特征，智慧学科馆员是图书馆智慧型服务模式的构建者。而当今读者需求的增加、网络资源的丰富与庞杂、信息媒介的种类繁多与分散，以及信息障碍的大量存在，都为学科馆员的建设和培养提供了机会。%The training of university disciplinary librarians is necessary for the library to provide service to teachers and students, and to develop itself.Disciplinary librarians have their own special responsibili-ty and requirement of knowledge structure and the system of disciplinary librarians has its own modes of service and characteristics.Intelligent disciplinary librarians are the constructors of intelligent mode of service.Presently, there have been increases in readers'need, richness and numerousness of the internet resources, multiplicity and dispersing of information media and large quantity of information clog, all pro-viding opportunities to the constructing and training of disciplinary librarians.
