翻坝公路与乌江构皮滩翻坝运输系统的适应性分析

The necessity and urgency of Fanba System construction is analyzed from transport volume forecast and through capacity.As a part of Fanba Transit System,the functional orientation is mainly analyzed and the technical standards of Fanba Road are demonstrated in the paper,and good adaptabil-ity between Fanba Road and Fanba Transit System is proved in Goupitan.%从构皮滩枢纽运量预测及通过能力，分析构皮滩水电站翻坝运输系统建设的必要性和急迫性。翻坝公路作为整个运输系统的一部分，主要分析翻坝公路的功能定位，并从多方面对技术标准进行论证，得出翻坝公路与构皮滩翻坝运输系统具有良好的适应性。
