浅谈高韧性环氧混凝土快速修复高速公路桥梁伸缩缝

             

摘要

Being under long-term exposure in the atmosphere and subj ected to the impact of vehicle loads directly,there are cracks and damages of concrete in Anchorage Zone of expansion j oint.The maintenance construction of expansion joint should be quickly completed in order to reduce the inter-ference of the highway traffic.High toughness epoxy concrete is exploringly used in this paper,which has excellent adhesion,strong anti impact performance,and is successfully applied to bridge defect re-pair project of G45 Daqing to Guangzhou expressway,achieving the early opening to traffic goal.The process has the advantages of simple construction,without large-scale equipment,fast construction speed,short curing time,and opening to traffic 4~6 hours later.The process has very high populari-zation value.%桥梁伸缩装置直接承受车辆荷载的反复冲击,且长期暴露在大气中,伸缩缝锚固区混凝土常出现开裂、破损病害。高速公路车流量大,应尽量减少对交通的干扰,需快速完成伸缩装置施工。文中探索采用粘结性优、抗冲击性能强、固化时间快的高韧性环氧混凝土快速修复锚固区混凝土,并在 G45大广高速武吉段成功应用,实现了节省工期,提前开放交通的目的。该工艺施工简便,无需大型设备,施工速度快,养护时间短,4~6h后即可开放交通,具有很高的推广价值。
