PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a guide member suitable to a field at a factory by crossing a pair of members provided with an inclined section having one end directed downward so as to turn toward the rear of a web plate extending in the direction of the road width to integrate continuously them into a unit. CONSTITUTION:A copper member 1 provided with a horizontal section 1a and an inclined section 1b inclined downward heading for one end continuous with the horizontal section on the surface thereof is made together with a web plate 2 as a unit. An elastic joint member 5 is fixed with a reinforced anchor 3 and an anchor bar 4, and a wearing layer (C) is laid on the surface thereof. According to the constitution, the member 1 and web plate 2 are manufactured at a factory, and the unification of them is possible, so that even if a pavement shows wear on the surface thereof after the execution, a ploughing blade of a snow remover is guided to the inclined section of a guide member to avoid a collision with an expansion joint device.
