In modern society a lot of people depend on the traffic vehicles to go to work or travel .The chance of motion sickness increases significantly .The mechanism of motion sickness is under investigating .Here we introduce the advances .%现代社会，人们乘坐交通工具的机会越来越多，发生晕动病的机会不断增加，为了对晕动病进行有效防治，各国对晕动病的发生机制一直进行不懈的研究。作者着重介绍晕动病发生机制的研究进展。
