The present invention relates to a portable device (2) comprising: - attachment means (3) to be detachably attached to the head of an individual, and - training means (5A, 5B, 5C), by applying at least one force, a rotational movement of the individual's head. The wearable device is used, while traveling in a vehicle, to amplify the movements of the head of the individual wearing the wearable device induced by the movements of the vehicle. Furthermore, the portable device can also be used for a desensitization process of an individual prone to motion sickness.
