基于DSP的变体机翼测控系统研究

     

摘要

针对一种形状记忆合金(SMA)驱动的变体机翼结构,设计了基于32位定点数字信号处理器(DSP)芯片TMS320F2812的测控系统.提出了一种测量与控制机翼偏转角度的方法,通过硬件设计和软件设计,结合DSP开发调试环境,进行了机翼结构单关节偏转角度控制实验,实验结果表明:控制效果较好,基本能达到控制要求,并为以后机翼的整体结构精确控制提供了可靠的依据.%The test and control system based on 32-bit fixed-point DSP TMS320F2812 is designed for the morphing wing with the SMA actuators. A method for testing and controlling deflection angle of the wing is presented. Through hardware and software design, combined with the exploiting and debugging environment of DSP,the experiment for controlling the deflection angle of the single joint of the morphing wing is completed. The results of the experiment show that a good control effect is obtained, and can meet the basic requirement. This research will also provide a reliable basis for the precise control of the overall structure of the morphing wing in the future.
