为了提高卷烟制造过程中的控制精度与质量稳定性,设计实现了烟支物理参数的在线检测,所测得的烟支物理参数包括:重量、长度、圆周、圆度、密度、湿度、吸阻、通风率等.在设计方案中从系统架构的角度设计了系统硬件和软件,以及软硬选择的细节问题.本系统在湖南常德卷烟厂进行了实际的测试和应用,对于烟支各个物理参数检测所得数据在允许的误差范围内.从而实现了系统多参数测量的功能.%In order to improve the control precision and quality stability of cigarette manufacturing process,a design is presnted to implement the physical parameters online testing of cigarette. The measured physical parameters of cigarette include weight, length, circumference, roundness, densily, humidity, smoke resistance,ventilation rate. The design includes the system bardware and software from system architecture perspeetive, and details of software and hardware choices to consider. The design of the system used in Changde Cigarette Factory for the actual testing and application. The test show that the data of various physical parameters for cigarette testing is within the acceptable error range,and realize multi-parameter measurement functions of system.
