新型脉冲漏磁检测法的表面缺陷检测特征分析

     

摘要

针对脉冲漏磁检测技术对不同方向的漏磁分量进行分析时存在一定局限性的问题,基于脉冲漏磁(PMFL)检测中的U型磁轭和脉冲涡流(PEC)检测中的矩形空心激励线圈,提出了脉冲聚磁(PMC)检测方法.通过仿真和实验分析了铁磁性试件在脉冲漏磁和脉冲聚磁两种检测模式下,缺陷部位的响应信号X,Y和Z3个分量的检测效果.结果表明:脉冲聚磁检测方法在进行铁磁性材料构件的缺陷检测时,激励探头对被测试件的3个方向的分量激励效果更明显,同时对于不同深度的表面缺陷,脉冲漏磁响应信号的三维分量具有更高的检测灵敏度.%The technology of the pulsed magnetic flux leakage detection has certain sensitivity to detect different depths of surface defects,but for analysis on component of magnetic flux leakage in different directions,it has some limitation.Aiming at this problem,the U-shaped magnetic plate in pulsed magnetic flux leakage(PMFL) and the hollow rectangle exciting coil in pulsed eddy current (PEC) detection are put together and put forward a new method of the pulsed magnetic concentration (PMC).Based on the simulation and experiment,the analysis is carried out on the ferromagnetic specimen under these two kinds of detection method,namely the PMFL and PMC,and the testing result of the X,Y and Z component of response signal from the defective parts is obtained.The result shows that the PMC testing method has a better inspective effect of the three direction component ferromagnetic material defect detection.while is carried out Furthermore,the PMC has more sensitivity of the 3D magnetic flux leakage response signal to different depth of surface defects.
