采用挡油环降低汽油机碳氢排放的试验研究

     

摘要

A new type of Oil-Retaining ring which is located on the top of cylinder was developed to reduce the amount of lubricating oil which enters combustion chamber to form deposit.Experiments were performed on S.I. engine as well as diesel engine.The results showed that this ring can reduce the consumption of lubricating oil for both gasoline and diesel engine (about 6%~7%) and consequently emission of unburned HC from gasoline engine can be reduced for about (50~100)×10-6 m3/m3.%设计了一种位于缸套上的新型挡油环,用以减少进入缸内的润滑油量,分别在单缸汽油机和柴油机上进行了对比试验。结果表明,这种挡油环不仅能降低润滑油消耗量(约7%左右),而且能有效降低汽油机未燃碳氢排放量(50~100)×10-6 m3/m3左右。
