气门弹簧三次设计中望目特性信噪比的存在问题与改进方法

摘要

This paper applies the method of three stage design to the robust design of valve spring.The flaw in engineering application of signal to noise ratio on definite purpose of three stage design is explained from the instance of valve spring robust design.The revised signal to noise ratio equation of definite purpose and fuzzy expected purpose is advanced.The practicability of the revised equation is demonstrated by practical example of valve spring robust design.%介绍了三次设计在机械设计中的应用步骤，同时以发动机气门弹簧为例说明了三次设计中望目特性信噪比计算式应用在工程设计中的不足。从实际工程应用出发，提出了明确目标和模糊目标两种望目特性信噪比的修正计算式，用气门弹簧设计实例说明了望目特性信噪比的修正计算式的实用性，以便在工程实际中推广使用。
