Recently,actuators and transducers using piezoelectric materials have been widely used in the industries.A new bar-type ultrasonic motor of small size is designed in this work.The analytical model based on Rayleigh theory and equivalent method is established.An exact analysis for the displacement at resonance by introducing loss coefficients is also presented.Model calculations are compared with Ansys finite element analysis simulation results and good agreements are found.The model can be utilized for the optimization of the ultrasonic motor and other piezo-systems.%近些年来,采用压电材料的驱动结构和传感设备在工程中得到了广泛的应用。本文提出了一种使用压电陶瓷的微型杆式超声波电机,利用Rayleigh理论和等效的方法建立了定子的数学模型,并进一步提出了一种基于复损耗的谐振振幅的近似计算方法,同时使用Ansys有限元分析软件对比验证了数学模型的准确性。研究成果对于改善和优化超声波电机的输出性能以及考虑损耗的压电结构建模具有实践指导作用。
