计及广域信号多时滞影响的电力系统附加鲁棒阻尼控制

     

摘要

针对基于广域测量系统的多时滞电力系统低频振荡阻尼控制的研究不足以作为主要控制方法之一的鲁棒控制方法求解参数步骤复杂的缺陷,提出一种可直接求解控制参数的多时滞广域电力系统阻尼控制器的设计方法.利用Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函理论推导出的多时滞系统稳定判据,将控制镇定问题转化为线性矩阵不等式的可行性问题,直接求解控制参数,避免了传统方法中利用智能算法迭代求解参数的不便.4机2区域系统的时域仿真结果表明,所提出的多时滞阻尼控制方案能有效抑制区间模式的低频振荡,提高电力系统的稳定性.%So far, few studies have been taken on power system damping control based on wide area measurement system with multiple time delay considered. Besides, robust control theory, as the main control solution of multiple time delay systems, is complicated in searching ideal parameters. In the light of this, a novel design strategy for wide area power system damping control with multiple time delay considered is proposed, and thus the parameters can be solved directly in a convenient and simple way. Lyapunov-Krasovskii theory is used to deduce the multiple time delay system stability criterion. Instead of the complicated iterative process by using intelligent algorithm, control parameters can be easily achieved by transforming control stabilization into linear matrix inequalities (LMI). The results of time domain simulation in 2-area 4-machine system indicate that the proposed control scheme can suppress the inter-area low frequency oscillation and improve power system stability.
