高峰时间出租车合乘计费策略研究--以宁波为例

             

摘要

针对早晚高峰时间和节假日火车站、汽车站及主要地区人流打车难,无法及时得到疏散的问题,提出高峰时期出租汽车多人合乘理念,从而提高出租车及道路资源的利用率。根据我国早高峰和晚高峰的交通特点,结合宁波出租车计费的实际情况,使用最优化理论构建多目标优化合乘模型,对合乘费用进行计算。最后通过软件验证,假设了6个节点的供需搭乘方案,使用LINGO软件计算出合乘的路径和相应的费率。运算结果证明该模型在合理约束司机收入与乘客花费的前提下,最大化司机的收益,同时兼顾到乘客利益,鼓励司机在高峰时间较短的行驶距离内多载客。%People is difficult to take a taxi in rush hours of morning, evening and during holidays at main area such as bus station and railway station and people are hard to be evacuated. Thus the theory of combined-taxi was proposed to improve the utilization efficiency of taxi and road resources. According to the traffic characteristics of the rush hours of morning and evening in China, combined with the actual situation of taxi charging in Ningbo, multi-objective optimization combined-taxi model was constructed based on optimization theory, to calculate the charge of combined-taxi. Finally, validity of the model was verified, 6 nodes ride of supply and demand program was assumed, the routes and the rate can be calcu⁃lated by LINGO. The result shows that the model restrains the income of taxi drivers and the expense of the passengers rationally, maximizes the income of the driver, encourages taxi drivers to pick up more passengers in rush hours and considers the expense of the passenger at the same time.
