浅析企业招聘中存在的问题及对策

         

摘要

Recruitment is an important part of human resource management in enterprises. Talented personnel have already become the most valuable assets for enterprises. The human resources department is tasked with the important responsibility of selecting employees for an enterprise. Not only is recruitment an important stage in acquiring talented personnel for an enterprise, the results of recruitment impacts the operating efficiency of the enterprise, or even affects the enterprise’s ability to continue to develop. In order to effectively recruit for an enterprise, first, the concept of en-terprise recruitment must be altered;second, the basic work of recruitment must be strengthened;third, overall recruitment staff quality must be in-creased;and finally, the system must be formulated and the recruitment process must be regulated.%招聘是企业人力资源管理的重要内容,人才已成为企业最宝贵的财富,人力资源部门承担着为企业选人的重要职责。招聘不仅是企业获取人才的重要环节,而且招聘的效果还影响企业运营的效率,关系到企业的持续发展。做好企业招聘工作,一要转变企业招聘观念;二要加强招聘基础工作建设;三要提高招聘人员的综合素质;四要制定制度,规范招聘流程。
