2014年“两会”聚焦旅游引导家庭农场模式创新。家庭农场旅游将成为我国农业发展的一个创新模式，发展家庭农场旅游必然涉及到农户土地流转问题。本文讨论的就是在这种大环境下农户转入土地的意愿以及发展家庭农场旅游的意愿和影响因素。本文从家庭农场旅游相关概念、农户意愿入手，采用访谈调查法，走访了婺源县江湾镇的晓鳙村的两个农户，分析了当地旅游开发初期农户转入土地发展家庭农场旅游意愿的影响因素。结果表明当地农户有转入土地发展家庭农场旅游的意愿，但受到文化程度、恋土情结、土地特征、对旅游的认知度、资金问题、及政府政策的影响。因此针对这些影响因素提出了相关对策，以促进当地农户转入土地发展家庭农场旅游。%"Two Sessions"(2014) focus on tourism leading family farms model innovation. The family farms tourism will become the innovation model of agricultural development in our country. The family farms tourism development inevitably involves the problem of peasant household land mobility. Discussed in this article is in this environment to the wishes of the farmland circulation and farmers willingness and affecting factors of the development of family farms tourism. This article, from the perspective of the family farms tourism related concepts、farmers willingness. This paper uses the interview method and the writer visited two farmers from village of Xiaoyong, Jiangwan town, Wuyuan County. Analyzing the farmers’ willingness, local tourism development in the early period, of the farmland circulation and the family farms tourism. The results show that local farmers have moved to the farmland circulation for development tourism intention, and influenced by the land complex, the farmers’ degree of education, land characteristics, farmers in tourism awareness, money problems, the government and its policy factors. So according to these factors put forward some countermeasures, in order to promote the local farmers into farmland circulation and family farm tourism development.
