油品中硫对金属影响及光催化氧化脱硫研究

     

摘要

The influences of sulfur and thiophene in jet fuel to metal were studied . The impact of sulfur on metal was significant, especially to copper sheet. The thiophene was inactive. TiO2 powder with photocatalytic activity were prepared by sol-gel progress.Photocatalytic oxidation of thiophene using TiO2 has been studied. The result showed thiophene was photooxidized successfully.%考察了航煤中不同硫的存在形态对不同金属的腐蚀,以溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2并以TiO2光催化深度去除油品中噻吩,实验发现单质硫对铜片腐蚀影响较大,较小浓度时就使航煤铜片腐蚀不合格,而噻吩较大浓度时铜片腐蚀仍然合格,单质硫对铝片或镁片腐蚀影响非常大,腐蚀程度随着硫单质的量的增加而增加,易腐蚀倾向顺序是铜片、镁片和铝片.采用了汞灯和氙灯两种光源模拟紫外光和可见光光催化脱硫,汞灯脱硫效果优于氙灯.
