传染科护士孕期工作体验的质性研究

摘要

Objectives To explore work situations of pregnant nurses in Department of Infectious Diseases and determine emotional experi-ence and work pressure. Methods Semi-structure interview was use to explore emotional experience of pregnant nurses in Department of In-fectious Diseases. Reading, analyzing, reconsidering, categorizing and refining themes. Results Pregnant nurses in Department of Infec-tious Diseases still wanted to work. However, some of them faced physical and mental pressure. Some of nurses lacked awareness of self-pro-tection. And social supportive system could not provide sufficient support for these pregnant nurses. Conclusions Working in Department ofInfectious Diseases is high-risk for pregnant nurses. Effective measures should be adopted to ensure employment security, improve livingquality for these nurses, and promote eugenics policy.%目的 深入了解传染科护士孕期在临床工作中的状况, 探索其情感体验、工作压力, 以期为制定针对性的干预措施提供参考.方法 采用半结构式深入访谈方法, 了解传染科护士孕期对工作的情感体验, 采用阅读, 分析, 反思, 分类, 提炼5个步骤分析访谈资料, 并提炼主题.结果 传染科护士怀孕后仍有工作愿意, 但面临较大的身心压力;部分护士缺乏自我防护意识;社会支持系统对传染科护士孕期支持力度不够.结论 传染科是影响孕期护士及胎儿安全的高危科室, 应采取积极有效的措施确保职业防护到位, 提高孕期护士生活质量, 促进优生优育政策的推行.
