废弃烟梗固态发酵生产假丝酵母

         

摘要

为资源化利用废弃烟梗,以废弃烟梗为底物固态发酵生产假丝酵母.在单因子试验的基础上,利用Plackett-Burman设计法筛选出影响假丝酵母HZ19生物量的重要影响因子.结果表明,最适发酵条件为温度30℃、发酵时间3d、接种量100 mL/kg、装载量10 g/250 mL、烟梗大小4.0~5.0 cm;通过Plackett-Burman试验分析,蔗糖、酵母粉、葡萄糖对假丝酵母HZ19生物量有显著影响,试验中最大生物量干质量为103.24 g/kg.%To better utilize waste tobacco stems,a strain of Candida.sp.HZ19 was produced with waste tobacco stems by solid state fermentation.The key factors affecting the biomass of Candida.sp.HZ19 were further screened with Plackett-Burman design based on the monofactorial test.The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were 30 ℃ for 3 days,inoculation rate 100 mL/kg,loading rate 10 g/250 mL and stem size 4-5 cm in length.Sucrose,yeast powder and glucose imparted significant effects on HZ19 biomass.Under Plackett-Burman design conditions,the maximum yield of biomass reached 103.24 g/kg (dry weight).
