不同类型及品种烟草特有亚硝胺含量的分析

             

摘要

In order to investigate the differences of TSNA contents among different tobacco types and cultivars, the TSNA contents in burley, sun-cured and flue-cured tobacco leaves were analyzed by GC-MS/MS before and after curing. The results showed that: 1) The TSNA contents in all samples significantly increased after curing. The average TSNA content in burley leaves was the highest either before or after curing, while that in sun-cured leaves were the lowest. Significant differences of TSNA contents were found between different cultivars of the same type, the coefficient of variation (CV) of TSNA contents among cultivars of burley tobacco was the highest, that of sun-cured tobacco was the lowest. 2) The TSNA contents in green (before curing) leaves of some cultivars were found significantly higher than those in cured leaves of some other cultivars, and a significant positive correlation was observed between the TSNA contents in green and cured leaves. Therefore, the TSNA contents in green leaves could be used as an evaluation index for screening tobacco cultivars with low TSNA contents.%为了解不同类型及品种烟草间TSNAs含量的差异,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)检测了白肋烟、晾晒烟和烤烟等不同烟草类型烟叶调制前后的TSNAs含量.结果表明:①几种类型烟草调制后烟叶TSNAs含量增加明显,白肋烟调制前后烟叶TSNAs含量的平均值最大,烤烟次之,晾晒烟最小;且同一类型不同品种间TSNAs含量也存在较大的差异,其中白肋烟品种间TSNAs含量的变异系数最大,而晾晒烟品种间最小.②部分烟草品种调制前烟叶中的TSNAs含量较高,且显著高于一些品种调制后烟叶TSNAs含量;调制前烟叶中TSNAs含量与调制后呈显著的正相关.调制前烟叶中的TSNAs含量可作为筛选低TSNAs含量烟草品种的评价指标.
