海上清洁切割核心技术--高压磨料射流切割喷嘴研究

         

摘要

In order to realize the safety and high efficiency of cutting and recovery operations for abandoned offshore pro-duction facilities to guarantee the implementation of Maritime Silk Road Strategy and the expansion of CNOOC’s offshore clean and environmental friendly cutting technical services, a high pressure abrasive water jet cutting nozzle was designed and optimized through theoretical research and experimental tests, which can be used for available abrasive water jet tech-nology. Its key techniques include abrasive acceleration in the nozzle, optimization of nozzle structure, design of inner flow path, material and sintering process selection. The nanometer anti-abrasive nozzles were developed and field cutting opera-tions have been completed. This achievement has improved the operating efficiency and service level for abandoned CNOOC offshore production facilities.%为实现海上废弃结构物的安全高效切割回收,保障海上丝绸之路战略构想的顺利实施,同时做大做强中海油海上清洁环保切割技术服务产业,针对公司现有的磨料射流切割技术,通过理论研究与试验测试的方法,设计并自主研制高压磨料射流切割喷嘴,重点解决了喷嘴内部磨料加速受力研究、喷嘴结构型式优选及内部流道设计、喷嘴选材及烧结工艺优选等关键技术。最终,研发出高性能纳米级耐磨喷嘴并成功完成了现场切割应用,该成果显著提高了中海油海上结构物弃置作业效率和整体技术服务水平。
