镜像右位心伴完全内脏反转行冠状动脉旁路移植术一例

摘要

The incidence of dextrocardia is lower. The dextrocardia is often associated with congenital anatomical abnormalities. The patient with normal cardiac structure of dextrocardia and severe coronary heart disease that needs coronary artery bypasss is rarer. This article summarizes the perioperative management and surgical experience of dextrocardia with bypass surgery via a clinical case.%镜面右位心发病率较低,常合并先天性解剖异常,对于心脏结构正常右位心合并重症冠心病需要冠脉搭桥的患者更为罕见.本文通过临床病例总结右位心合并冠脉搭桥的围术期管理及手术经验.
