Land for farmers, stands for employment and social security functions, which is also the basis for the farmers' survival and development. Urbanization is the only way to modernize. However, the China's urbaniza-tion is lack of security to landless peasants. Life of farmers is completely tied to the developers. Farmers and developers always contradict in land requisition or demolition. We need to learn from foreign advanced experi-ence, establish a rational concept of development, protect private property rights abundantly, define the public interests reasonably and resolve the land disputes through legal channels. The state should take on the basic guarantees for landless farmers.%土地对于农民来说，担负着就业和社会保障的功能，是农民生存和发展的基础。城镇化是现代化的必由之路，但中国式城镇化缺乏对失地农民的统一保障，被城镇化农民的命根完全系于开发商身上。农民与开发商在征地、拆迁中矛盾频发。需要借鉴域外先进经验，树立理性发展观，充分保障私人财产权，合理界定公共利益，并通过司法途径解决征地纠纷。国家要担负失地农民的基本保障。
