Fe2O3/MCM-41催化乙苯脱氢反应的研究

         

摘要

Mesoporous molecular sieves MCM- 41 had been synthesized using tetraethyl orthosilicate( TEOS) as silica source, cetyltriethylammonium bromide ( CTAB) as templating agent . Fe2O3/MCM-41 catalysts with different Fe loading were prepared by impregnation method. The effect on reaction of different Fe 2O3 loading was studied. The results showed that the conversion of ethylbenzene and the selectivity of styrent were 17.15%and 80. 87%when the quantity of loding Fe2O3(mass fraction)was 60%.%以正硅酸乙脂(TEOS)为硅源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,合成了MCM-41介孔分子筛,采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列Fe2O3/MCM-41催化剂。考察了Fe2O3负载量对催化剂乙苯脱氢性能的影响。结果表明,Fe2O3在催化剂中的质量分数为60%时,乙苯脱氢的转化率和选择性最佳,分别为17.15%和80.87%。
