为提高含铁催化剂的脱氢活性,采用浸渍法和一步沉淀法制备了 Fe、Al 和 Zr 含量相同的 F4AZ10-imp 和 F4AZ10-pre催化剂,在550℃考察了其在乙苯 CO2氧化脱氢制苯乙烯反应过程中的催化性能,并结合 XRD、N2-吸附、NH3-TPD、CO2-TPD和 H2-TPR 等表征手段对催化剂进行了分析。结果表明,与浸渍法相比,一步沉淀法制备的催化剂更有利于活性组分 Fe2 O3在催化剂表面的分散及反应物 CO2的转化。%To improve the catalytic performan ce of iron-ba sed catalysts for de hydrogena tion of ethylbenzene with CO2 , two samples, F4AZ10-imp and F4AZ10-pre, with thes ame contents of Fe, Al and Zr were prepared by the impregnation method and one-step precipitation method.The catalytic perf ormance of these two samp les for th e dehydrogenation of eth ylbenzene with CO2 wast este d at 550 ℃.Both the samples are characterized with XRD, NH3-TPD,CO 2-TPD and H2 -TPR techniques andN 2 sorp tion exper iment.It was shown that the preparation methods had a great effect on the catalytic performance.Compared to the impregnation method, the one-step precipitation method gav e a more active catalyst because of a higher dispersiono f active Fe2 O3 on the catalyst surfa ce and a stronger activation of CO2 .
