基于TDOF MD PID的循环流化床锅炉主蒸汽压力控制系统研究

     

摘要

针对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉燃烧系统所具有的大延迟、大滞后等特性,以主蒸汽压力为被控对象,基于常规 PID 控制系统,设计了二自由度的模型驱动 PID(TDOF MD PID)控制器,分析了燃料量对主蒸汽压力的影响特性。通过仿真试验对TDOF MD PID控制器与常规PID控制器的控制性能进行了对比。结果表明,TDOF MD PID 控制器结构简单,参数易于调整,具有很强的鲁棒性和抗干扰性,能够有效地改善控制系统的动态品质。%Against the characteristics of large delay and large lag of combustion system in circulat-ing fluidized bed boilers,a two degree of freedom model driven PID (TDOF MD PID)controller was designed by taking main steam pressure as the controlled obj ect,on the basis of the conven-tional PID control system.Moreover,the effect of coal quantity on the main steam pressure was analyzed,and control performance of the TDOF MD PID controller and the conventional PID con-troller was compared by simulation test.The results show that,the TDOF MD PID controller has simple structure,convenient parameter adj ustment,and strong robustness and anti-interference, which can improve dynamic control quality of the control system effectively.
