添加剂对CaO催化煤焦-CO2气化特性的影响

         

摘要

在化学反应动力学控制实验条件下,研究了不同反应条件下分析纯氨水对CaO催化锦界煤焦-CO2气化的影响.实验结果表明:添加氨水后,原煤焦的气化活性因子K和平均气化率Rm均出现不同程度的提高,气化温度越高,提高效果越显著,900℃分别提高了20.3%、9.3%;CaO催化煤焦气化的K值和Rm值在850℃提高幅度最大,分别提高了49.7%、35.9%;添加氨水后,原煤焦和CaO催化煤焦气化活化能出现一定程度增加,增加幅度分别为9.5%、14.8%.该结果为提高煤气化速率和效率提供了一种方法和研究方向.%Under chemical reaction kinetics control conditions,the effects of analytically pure ammonia on gasification of Jinjie coal char in CO2 atmosphere catalyzed by CaO were investigated.The experimental results show that,after adding the aqueous ammonia,both the gasification activation factor K and average gasification rate Rm of the raw coal char increased,but to different extents.The enhancement got obvious with the increasing gasification temperature.At 900 ℃,the K and Rm of the raw coal char increased by 20.3% and 9.3%,respectively.The increase of K and Rm of the CaO catalyzed coal char reached the maximum at 850 ℃,about 49.7% and 35.9%,respectively.After adding the aqueous ammonia,the gasifying activation energy of the raw coal char and the CaO catalyzed coal char increased to some extent,and the increasing ranges was 9.5% and 14.8% respectively.The result provides a method and research direction to improving the efficiency and rate of coal gasification.
