以就业为导向构建大学生实习实践新体系

摘要

College students' practice and exercitation are an important step in college quality education system, and the essential way of college student adapts himself to society. The topics that how construct college students' new practice system and exercitation under employment orientation to further improve the employment ability and post conformabilty for promoting a better job of college students are also discussed.%　　大学生实习实践是高校实践教学体系的重要环节，是大学生了解社会、走向社会的必经之路，文章探讨了如何以就业为导向，构建大学生实习实践新体系，增强毕业生的岗位适应性，进一步提高学生的就业能力，为促进大学生更好就业起到推动作用。
