进城务工人员随迁子女教育问题研究--以上海市为例

摘要

High attention has been paid to the educational equality for migrant workers' children by the whole society. It has great realistic meaning to solve the problem in a proper way in order to promote adolescent students growing health, improve population quality and build a harmonious society. This article takes Shanghai as an example to analysis the educational situation for migrant workers' children. With regard to the education problems for migrant workers' children, some suggestions are put forward, including realizing the diversification of investment subject for education, reforming census register system,and mobilizing the social forces to take care of the migrant workers' children.%进城务工人员随迁子女的教育公平问题已引起了全社会的高度关注。妥善解决进城务工人员随迁子女的教育问题对于促进青少年的健康成长，提高我国人口质量，构建和谐社会等具有重大的现实意义。以上海市为例，分析了进城务工人员随迁子女的教育现状；针对进城务工人员随迁子女入学门槛高、就地参加升学考试难、家庭教育缺失等问题，提出了实现教育投资主体多元化、改革现行户籍制度以及动员社会力量，关爱进城务工人员随迁子女教育工作的建议。
