理工科工程师式硕士研究生培养模式研究

摘要

卓越工程师教育培养计划的提出对理工科研究生的培养模式提出了新的标准。从社会对理工科院校硕士研究生的需求出发，结合理工科院校的特点提出了有效利用实习实践基地，发挥学科和平台优势开展专业技能培训、职业技能培训、订单式工程师培养三级递进式培养模式的探索研究。%The raise of excellent engineer education plan give a new standard of the training mode of students of Science. This paper from the society to the demand of college students of master of Engineering, combined with the characteristics of the University of science and Engineering, give a research that effectively use of the practice base, and play and discipline platform advantage, develop three step training model of professional skills training, occupation training, order engineer training.
