Scaffolding instruction was a teaching method that built the scaffold for students staying at their zones of proximal development to construct their knowledge. The instruction had 3 key characters:taking students as center; enhancing students’learning intrinsic motivation and autonomy; helping students to help themselves. The paper discussed the model of applying scaffolding instruction in the social casework practice course,which was composed of setting up learning situation, decomposing the mission of learning, controlling levels and evaluation.%个案社会工作是社会工作专业的核心课程,十分注重学生技能的习得和独立开展个案工作能力的培养。鹰架学习法是一种搭建鹰架以支持学生在其最近发展区里建构知识的教学方法,其理念与社会工作的价值观有相似之处,都强调以学生为中心,并期望在教学过程中提升学生独立和自助的能力。将鹰架学习法运用于个案社会工作的实践教学课程,可以从中探索如何操作鹰架学习法来促进学生的学习本质动机和自主性,进而有效地提升学生独立开展个案社会工作的能力。
