合法性理论与社会组织联盟的合法性

摘要

Legitimacy theories originated from the west, studies of legitimacy can be roughly divided into three kinds of paradigms, respectively?are the normative legitimacy, the empirical legitimacy and Habermas' reconstructed legitimacy. Based on the analysis of the western theories, this paper is going to discuss the legitimacy of social organization alliances, and think of their legitimacy mainly comes from the inside and outside rules and reasons that are consented, the loyalty in emotion and mutual bene-fit.%合法性理论源于西方，有关合法性的研究大致可分为三种范式，分别是规范主义合法性、经验主义合法性和哈贝马斯重建性的合法性。本文在分析西方合法性理论的基础上，对社会组织联盟的合法性进行了探讨，认为联盟的合法性主要来自于联盟内外共识的规则或道理，感情的忠诚以及共同的利益。
