复合酶微囊中淀粉酶活力测定方法的建立

摘要

Objective To establish a suitable method for determination of the active of amylase in multi-enzyme microcapsule. Methods Adopting the rapid colorimetric assay to determine active Amylase In Multi-enzyme Microcapsule,to verify this method. Results The optimum pH for the activity assay of Amylase was 7.5;The average recovery for lipase was between 100%to 106%,and all the RSD were under 2%(n=9). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,repeatable and high selective for the determination of active amylase in Multi-enzyme microcapsule.%目的：建立复合酶微囊中淀粉酶活力的测定方法。方法采用淀粉酶快速比色测定法测定微囊中淀粉酶的活性含量，并进行方法学验证。结果淀粉酶活力测定的最适pH值为7.5；高、中、低三种浓度的平均回收率均在100%~106%之间，RSD小于2%（n=9）。结论淀粉酶快速比色测定法准确可靠，重现性好，可用于复合酶微囊中淀粉酶活力的测定。
