Acute myocardial infarction in patients with essential thromboc- ythemia is easily missed diagnosis , wrongly treatmented because of the atypical symptoms,this paper reports acute myocardial infarction in patients with essential thrombocythemia to deepen our understanding of this disease.%原发性血小板增多症合并急性心肌梗死由于症状不典型、需药物联合治疗，易被漏诊、误治，本文报道血小板增多症合并急性心肌梗死1例，旨在加深对本病的认识和了解。
