原发性血小板增多症合并急性心肌梗死1例

Clinical data, treatment and prognosis of a case of essential thrombocythemia complicated by acute myocardial in-farction was analyzed.The author suggested that patients with essential thrombocythemia should be highly alerted for the possibility of acute myocardial infarction when chest pain appeared.And timely combined drug therapy may be beneficial for the confirmed case.%分析1例原发性血小板增多症（ essential thrombocythemia，ET）合并急性心肌梗死（ acute myocardial infarction， AMI）的临床病例资料，及其治疗转归。针对ET患者出现胸痛症状的情况，应高度警惕AMI的可能。对已确诊病例，及时药物联合治疗，可取得良好效果。
