双端丙烯酰胺基丙基聚硅氧烷改性聚丙烯酸酯细乳液的合成及性能研究

         

摘要

以双端丙烯酰胺基丙基聚硅氧烷(diAAp-PDMS)为改性单体,采用细乳液聚合法改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液,采用红外表征改性聚合物的结构,测定改性乳液的粒径、胶膜的耐水性能、力学性能和耐热稳定性能,并与未改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液进行比较。结果表明:改性后乳液平均粒径在86 nm左右,分布较窄;改性胶膜的耐水性能、力学性能及耐热稳定性能均得到改善。%A sil icone-modified polyacrylate miniemulsion was prepared by double terminated acryl⁃amide-propyl polysiloxane (diAAp-PDMS) and acrylate monomers through mini-emulsion polymerization meth⁃od. The structure of the modified polyacrylate was characterized by FTIR, the particle size of the latex and the hydrophobic properties, mechanical properties and thermal stability of the polymer were measured and com⁃pared with the unmodified polyacrylate. The results showed that the average diameter of modified emulsion was about 86 nm with narrow distribution; the hydrophobic properties, mechanical properties and thermal sta⁃bility of the modified polyacrylate film were improved.
