摘要

It is confirmed that polyacrylate emulsion modified with high hydrogen-containing polymethylsiloxane has better behaviors than polyacrylate emulsion through measuring the size distribution of latex as well as the dried latex membrane's water resistance, solvent resistance and heat-ageing resistance. When used as calico-printing adhesive for decorative fabric, this polymethylsiloxane/polyacrylate copolymer emulsion also shows good performances. The results of size distribution and other properties of copolymer emulsion synthesized in 1kg amount demonstrate that the preparing conditions of this modified emulsion are stable and reliable.
