Fenton耦合微电解-混凝-吸附工艺处理氧化塘浓缩染料废水

         

摘要

采用Fenton耦合微电解-混凝沉淀-活性炭吸附处理某染料中间体生产厂氧化塘浓缩废水,确定最佳处理工艺条件.试验结果表明:Fenton耦合微电解反应中,海绵铁用量为150 g/L,活性炭用量为150 g/L,双氧水用量为200 mL/L,硫酸亚铁用量为40 g/L,反应4 h后,废水COD为1360 mg/L,色度为512倍.调节微电解出水pH=8,投加100 mg/L聚合硫酸铁(PFS)混凝沉淀,出水COD降为972 mg/L,色度降为32倍.上清液投加10 g/L活性炭进行吸附,出水COD降为496 mg/L,色度降为2倍.Fenton耦合微电解-混凝-吸附工艺处理氧化塘浓缩染料废水,出水达到了CJ 343-2010《污水排入城市下水道水质标准》,COD为496 mg/L,色度为2倍,COD和色度的总去除率可达97.7%和99.9%.%The method of Fenton microelectrolysis- coagulation- activated carbon adsorption was used to treat lagoon concentrated wastewater of dye intermediates plant, and the best conditions were obtained. The results showed that: in Fenton- microelectrolysis process, the dosages of sponge iron, activated carbon, H2O2, FeSO4 were 150 g/L, 150 g/L, 200 mL/L, 40 g/L, respectively, the best reaction time was 4 h, the COD and chromaticity of effluent were 1360 mg/L and 512 times. In flocculation process, pH=8, PFS for coagulation was 100 mg/L, the COD and chromaticity of effluent were 972 mg/L and 32 times. In adsorption process, the dosage of activated carbon was 10 g/L, the effluent COD and chromaticity were 496 mg/L and 2 times. The dye wastewater treated by the method of Fenton microelectrolysis- coagulation- activated carbon adsorption was up to the standard of "Water quality standard for sewage discharged into the city" (CJ 343- 2010), the COD and chromaticity of effluent were 496 mg/L and 2 times, and the COD and chromaticity removal rate were 97.7%and 99.9%.
