Based on the analysis of the features of tourism resources of four historical streets in Yangzhou and the present Situation, make a discussion on how to present Yangzhou's long history culture heritage and dig out the commercial value of Yangzhou's historical cultural blocks at a large extent, with the method of literature review and field investigation from the angle of tourism development.%从旅游开发的角度，以扬州四大历史街区为例，在对四大历史街区旅游资源和开发现状分析的基础上，运用文献归纳法、实地考察等方法就如何最大程度的展现扬州悠久的历史文化底蕴、挖掘扬州历史文化街区的商业价值等问题进行探讨。
