PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card type voice information system which facilitates a propagation effect through all tourist spots with a place of interest and many historical associations where tourists often revisit, and to provide a tourism developing system using the same.;SOLUTION: The system comprises: a card used as the voice information system as the card type voice information system; and a voice sound system for announcing a plurality of types of information by using the card. As a method of tourism developing system using the voice information comprises: purchasing the card at the tourist spots with the place of interest and many historical associations; freely listening to the information through the voice sound system located at the tourist spots with the place of interest and many historical associations by using the card; receiving a bonus for discounts from a hotel, a gift shop, and a recreational facility in the tourist spots; and implementing a new development for all the tourism with the place of interest and many historical associations.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
