基于农用地分等成果的基本农田划定方法研究

摘要

The prime farmland protection is the core content of cultivated land protection, it is very important to ensure our coun-try's food security, to maintain social stability, and to promote the development of socio-economic better and fastly. In this paper, taking Akesu City as a case, based on the results of farmland classification, with the help of overlay analysis of GIS, we can superimpose the distribution map of prime farmland on the map of farmland classification, and analyze the impact of the development of socio-economic, the location of cultivated land and the policy factor on space distribution of prime farmland, then we obtain the scientific and rational result of space distribution of prime farmland.%基本农田保护是耕地保护的重要核心部分，对于确保国家粮食安全，维持社会稳定，推动社会经济又好又快发展具有重要的意义。本文以阿克苏市为研究区域，以农用地分等成果为依据，运用GIS叠置分析功能，对基本农田现状分布图和农用地等别图进行叠加，通过分析社会经济发展、耕地区位以及政策因素等对基本农田空间布局的影响，得到科学合理的基本农田空间布局成果。
