圆弧端齿在低地板车辆传动装置中的应用分析

This paper presents the application of curvic couplings on low-floor vehicle transmission, analysis the characters and geometrical parameters of curvic couplings, analysis the force state when meshing. Build a finite element model of curvic cou-plings, under starting and short circuit conditions, take calculation and analysis on Von-Mises press and contact stress.%介绍了圆弧端齿在低地板车辆传动装置中的应用，介绍了圆弧端齿的特点和主要齿形参数的设计，对圆弧端齿啮合受力状况进行分析。在ANSYS软件中建立圆弧端齿的有限元模型，在启动和极限工况下，对圆弧端齿的应力进行计算和分析。
