摘要

According to the special requirements of the South African electric locomotive master controller,based on the analysis and improvement of existing master controller fault cases,the reasonable adjustment and detailed calculation from the aspects of working principle,structure,design method,so that the master controller scheme design can not only meet the functional require-ments of South African electric locomotive,and the guarantee and improvement in the availability,reliability and safety.%根据南非双流制电力机车对司机控制器的特殊要求，在分析现有司机控制器故障案例和改进需求的基础上，从工作原理、结构布局、技术参数等方面进行了合理调整和详细计算，使司机控制器方案技术设计不仅能满足南非双流制机车的功能需求，而且在可用性、可靠性及安全性方面得到了保证和提升。
