微表处路面表面特性与集料级配和碾压工艺的关联性研究

         

摘要

微表处是一种常见的高速公路预防性养护技术.在高温多雨的广东地区,微表处罩面存在噪声大、耐磨耗性能差、使用寿命短等缺点,已经严重阻碍其在广东省高速公路预防性养护中的推广应用.为了解决微表处的技术缺陷,在揭普高速公路进行了高性能微表处试验路研究.研究结果表明:通过合理选择集料,掺入适当比例橡胶粉或聚丙烯纤维,以及压路机适时碾压等手段,可降低微表处噪声,提高路面使用寿命.%Micro-surfacing technique is a common technique for preventive maintenance of expressways. In the regions of Guangdong with high temperature and heavy rain, the top facing at micro-surfacing exhibits shortcomings of big noise, bad abrasive performance and short service life, etc. , which have seriously obstructed popularization and application of micro-surface technique in preventive maintenance of expressways in Guangdong Province. In order to solve technical defects at micro-surfacing, this paper carries out study on high-performance micro-surfacing test road on Jieyang-Puning Expressway. The results of study show that the noise at micro-surfacing can be reduced so as to prolong its service life by means such as reasonable selection of aggregates mixed with rubber powder or polypropylene fiber at proper proportion and timely roller compaction of road roller, etc.
