机动车不避让过路行人自动记录系统应用研究

摘要

This paper expatiates the working principle,system composition,system functions,system layout and snapshot effect of automatic recording system for motor vehicles without collision avoidance of pedestrians.This system contributes to solve the difficulty of off -site enforcement by police officers,can promote the rate that motor vehicles avoid pedestrians and restrain the situation of frequent traffic accidents in pedestrian area effectively,and deserves to be popularized and applied at intersections of ordinary highways and urban roads without control of traffic lights.%阐述机动车不避让过路行人自动记录系统的工作原理、系统构成、系统功能、系统布局和抓拍效果。该系统有助于解决公安民警非现场执法的难题，可提升机动车驾驶人礼让行人率，有效遏制人行横道区域的交通事故频发态势，值得在普通公路、城市道路的非灯控路口推广应用。
