Electric connectors are an important part of the control system,bears power transmission and signal control and transmission,but the current electric connector pin shrink universal phenomenon in use,greatly affects its reliability and safety.This paper presents an electric connector pin micro-displacement detecting device using the variable area type capacitance sensor principle micro displacement into the pin capacitance variation,and then through an operational amplifier circuit to convert alternating current into a voltage value of the output capacitance change.This means not only simple structure,low cost,and can be detected by a plurality of modules combinations to accurately detect the microdisplacement electric connector pins,easy operation,and high reliability.%电气连接器是控制系统的重要组成部分,负担着电能传输和信号控制与传递,然而目前电气连接器在使用中存在普遍的缩针现象,极大影响了其可靠性和安全性.本文设计了一种电气连接器插针微位移检测装置,利用变面积型电容传感器原理将插针微位移转换成电容变化量,然后通过运算放大器电路将电容变化转换成电压值输出,再由位移量与输出电压的线性关系计算微位移.该装置不仅结构简单,成本低,而且可以通过多个检测模块的组合准确检测电气连接器插针微位移,操作方便,可靠性高.
