本文通过对FANUC数控系统和KUKA机器人的研究,巧妙的利用数控机床预留I/O接口和机器人控制系统预留的I/O接口,通过修改机床原有的PMC控制程序,实现了单台数控机床和上下料机器人之间信息的有效可靠传输.通过实际工程验证可以满足上下料信息传递的需求.%Based on the research of FANUC CNC system and KUKA robot,skillful use of CNC machine tool I/O interface and robot control system I/O interface,by modifying the original PMC control procedures,this paper proposes a measure to achieve efficient and reliable information transmission between single CNC machine tools and feeding robot,it has been verified by practical engineering that it can satisfy the need in information transmission between loading and unloading robots.
