电动搬运车动力电池的磁共振式无线充电器的研究

摘要

针对当前电动搬运车动力电池的良好应用前景及直插式电池充电存在的问题,本文介绍了一种无线电池充电装置,其采用非接触磁共振式充电方式,以NRF24L01模块进行原副边无线通讯.详尽分析了该充电装置的工作原理,同时对其充电策略和硬件参数进行了设计.最终通过仿真和实验验证了该方案的可行性.%In view of the good application prospect of the current electric truck in the factory, this paper introduces a non-contact magnetic resonance wireless charging mode, the device adopts NRF24L01 module to realize wireless communication and automation. The charger's working principle is analyzed in detail. The hardware parameters and the method of charge are designed. Finally the prototype is designed and the experiment results are provided.
