对盐城师范学院体育学院的网球普修班学生进行了为期18周的程序教学法对比实验研究,研究表明:运用程序教学法比常规教学法更加有利于提高学生的技术水平,学生的各项技术都有明显提高。说明程序教学法将教学内容“化难为易,化繁为简”,充分调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,改变了传统教学法中学生被动接受的学习模式,使教学过程达到完善而系统化,从而明显提高了教学效率和质量。%This paper conducts a comparing experimental study on general tennis course students of Yancheng Teachers College for a period of 18 weeks. This study shows that: compared to the conventional teaching method, programmed teaching method is more conducive to improve students’ technical skills. Students all kinds of skills are significantly improved. The main reason is that the programmed teaching method can make the difficult and complicated teaching content more simple and easy to study, thus stimulate students’ learning initiative, enthusiasm and change the traditional passive learning pattern, which can enhance the teaching process to a better and systematic state as well as improve the teaching efficiency and quality.
